About Us

Soughtout Family Church is a word base Bible believing church with the end time message of rapturing faith, a congregation of holy people, the redeemed of the Lord, the sought out once, a city not forsaken and so we are called Soughtout Family Church (Isa 62:12). SOF is a Home of Love, word and Power.

• Our mission is to build up individuals as power houses unto God.
• To free believers from denominational beliefs with sound knowledge of the word of God.
• To free individuals from satanic bondages, through the power of God.
• To win souls to Christ
• To nurture believers for the second coming of Christ.

The centre point of what we believe, teach and preach is the infallibility and supremacy of God’s word above any man’s creeds or ideas. The Bible remains the absolute and the standard by which we judge every doctrine whether it is inspired by God or by Man (Isaiah8:20).

We believe the Holy Spirit cannot be caged or limited only to what is already revealed. The Holy Spirit is progressive and keeps teaching by revelation. But every revelation of the Holy Spirit must be in accordance with the Bible, the absolute (John16:12-13 and 1^st John2:27).

We believe in the end time message of Mal4:5&6 where the heart of the children is turned back to the father through the voice of the 7^th angel of Rev10:7, William Marrion Branham, the messanger of the last church age (Laodicea church age).

We teach the revelation of the Bible given to us by the Holy Spirit which must not in any way contradict the written word of God which is the Absolute. Some of the revealed truths are;

Water Baptism

We Baptize in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ which is the revealed name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost according to the commandment of Mathew 28:19. The revealed name was what was used for Baptism in the whole of the acts of the Apostle. Acts2:37-38, Acts8:16, Acts10:48, Acts19:1-5, Col3:17.

God Head

There is one God not three (3) Gods in one (Trinity). Deut6:4 “…, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord. This one God the Father, manifest Himself in the office of the Son Jesus (1^st Tim 3:16) to shed His blood to save mankind, and came back to live in us as the office of the Holy Spirit.

He is the same God, just different offices/manifestations. Jesus Christ is God Almighty, not second person trinity. He’s the same God manifested in the flesh. Isaiah9:6, Isaiah43:11, and Mathew1:23, John1:1, 14, John8:56, 59, Rev1:8 Acts20:28, John14:9.

Holy Spirit

We teach and lay emphasis on the necessity of every acclaimed Christian to be filled with the Holy Spirit which is the seal of God which seals a Christian in readiness for rapture Eph1:13-14, Rom8:11.

It was expedient for the Apostles to be filled with the Holy Spirit first, before the second coming of Christ and so he recommended them to wait in Jerusalem until they be endue with power from above. Acts1:4-8, Acts2:1-4, 37-39.

Apostolic faith and Doctrine

We teach and call for the restoration of the undiluted truth and doctrines of the Apostles. This truth is not negotiable for every believer in this end time. Eph2:20 says “We are built upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone. Acts13:44-48, Jude verse 3. We contend for and teach the faith which was once delivered to us by the saints of old.
